Small dinner party last night.

We had:

Spanish tortilla to snack on

then
Squid in chermoula
Morrocan bread salad with roasted green peppers and homegrown tomatoes
beets, carrot and feta salad
couscous with rose harissa, pine nuts and caramelised onions

Our pudding was
my take on Tarta de Santiago (essentially an almond tart with oloroso sherry, citrus and cinnamon) with fresh figs and fig and orange blossom honey ice cream.

All home made of course. It was yum.

"Yum" sounds like an understatement!
