Almost as revolting as storebought roux. (yes, flour and grease cooked til they're brown, put in a jar for retail sale. Ugh. I'd much rather make my own, fresh for each recipe, but thanks!)

I had a very good friend whose mother and father were native Irish folk. Her mother's specialty breakfast dish was chocolate chip pancakes! Deelish!

Well that combination doesn't really appeal to me, but I can see that it might give one the effect of some sort of flavor explosion.

My husband used to like chocolate chip pancakes with bacon. Age seems to have killed his taste for such things--but I'm sure as a boy he would have loved the Jimmy Dean concoction!

I love chocolate chip pancakes. And I love sausage. I don't know if I love them frozen on a stick, though. I suppose if you're a career gal with no time... I guess it could work.

OMG I was not expecting that. On a stick no less. I can't be the only one laughing.
