Jenavira, I've tried the parfum, the EDP, and the EDT.
Here are its notes:
"Top note : Peach, Plum, Cumin, Rosewood
Middle note : Jasmine, Rose, Orris, Clove
Base note : Vanilla, Oakmoss, Patchouli, Benzoin"
I found the parfum to be smooth and silky and a bit more fruity on my skin...definitely revealing the vanilla and benzoin, and it did stay VERY close to my skin.
The EDP is also smooth, but gives more sillage...and the spices begin to reveal themselves, and the heart lasts a long time -- the jasmine and rose hang in there. It's only after a few hours' wear that you really get those base notes...and, by then, they are quite muted.
My personal favorite is the EDT. It's out-there, it's loose...and she's a fun kinda gal.
She comes on wearing her fruit on her hat...swaying so you're bound to catch whiffs of the plum and peach.
The florals take a back seat with this formulation, imho, and the clove and oakmoss stand out.
I would swear there is also cinnamon in this...because, on my skin...that's what I smell.
The cumin (yes, there IS cumin the the second reformulation, which I believe is closest to the original) is there...and it's a bit raunchy.
You've got heat, from the spices...you've got some humanity from the spices...and the fruits and florals all sort of dance around the heavier notes, but the oakmoss does give it some heft, along with the patchouli...and the benzoin and vanilla mix with the fruitiness to give it an almost edible appeal.
Whew! LOL
I hope that helps some. :-)
I just wonder about staying power of the EDT. That is the olny formulaiton that is easy for me to get. I have Mitsouko EDT and that has great staying power on me. I don't like to have to spriz all day long, so can you tell me, is the staying power of the Femme EDT great too?
