I received my brochure form MECCA in the post the other day & I am excited to report that the following new additions to their perfume repertoire will be soon in store:
Serge Lutens
Chêne
Rousse
Vétiver Oriental
Comme des Garçons
Bijou
Guerrilla1
The Different Company
Bergamote
Bois d'Iris
Jasmine de Nuit
Osmanthus
Rose Poivrée - at last!!!
Sel de Vetiver
Les Parfums de Rosine
Diabolo Rose - YOU MUST TRY THIS DEWY ROSE!
Roseberry
I do wish they would also include the WHOLE range of the Rosines - I am yearning to try Rose Kashmirie.
Still... it's pretty exciting for all the Antipodean perfume lovers!

Good news, I love trying new perfumes and always feel out of it, when on POL they rave about those niche lines. Thanks for posting

I went to my Mecca yesterday all ready to sniff out the new scents (I even took some cards with me to use). Unfortunately they told me the new scents have not come in yet. Very disappointing! Shall try again next weekend.

Hubby offered to buy me Chene for Christmas, on their website they have the piccie of the bell bottle and a price of $195.
According to the brochure I got today it is the 50ml bottle for $195. I don't mind paying $195 for a 75ml bottle but I'm thinking twice if it's a 50 ml bottle.

I wish they would get the Rosine Ecume (sp) which spaniardownuder describes as salty. OH how I want to try that one.
I have some Different Company samples, I will try them tomorrow! Because it is quite exciting to try them knowing the bottles are now for sale here. Thanks for telling us about the new ones.

Oh, Écume de Rose is just beautiful - like the ocean & seashells with a pinch of salt & roses. I have to repeat & lament again - if only Mecca would stock all the other Rosines & the soaps to go with them. I was speaking with an SA in Mecca a month or so ago & she was unaware that there was so many other Rosines. I inquired about Rosa Flamenca & Rose Kashmirie & was told "she would get back to me after calling Head Office" - she never did.

I'm dying to try Ecume de Rose also.....but there are surely a lot of newies there for us to test!
Is this the Rose Poivre that is discussed so often and was in the Chandler Burr article posted on POL?
