Just a heads up in case you forgot. I always love the jawdropping finale of this show.

I had to laugh at myself, because I'd spent some time yesterday making fudge, so was nibbling it as I watched. :)

(But I did get in a bit of a workout with one of Jillian's dvd's this morning, LOL!)

I wasn't paying attention through all of it though. Who won the at-home prize??

Bill won and his twin won the at home prize of $100K. They were both on The Today Show this morning. Julie, the blond with PCOS, came in second I think and she said she will be testifying in front of Congress about health and nutrition. Wow! Hollie, the brunette who is hypothyroid, moved to California. She looked gorgeous. I feel sorry for her fat friend back home. I was thinking they'd be working out together when she returned. Isabeau just started working as a personal trainer.

It was interesting to see that, while most of the men voted off lost almost all of their excess weight at home, most of the women seemed to stall at the weight they were when they left the campus.

I wish they'd do a women-only version!!

I finally watched my tape tonight and saw the results.
I also thought Holly looked awesome but everyone did really well.
I still think Jerry the 62 year old is a great inspiration.
It would be nice to have a 62 year old female now!

I agree that there should almost be a women's only show.
Men just have a bigger biological advantage.

I am so glad that they are doing another one soon (yay for the writer's strike) in this case!
I hate the withdrawl after BL is done.

I saw the Today show and I see that they said that the men could loose weight much easier than women because of the muscle mass.

Something that most of us girls already knew.

The Couples show starts Jan. 1, perfect timing, since that's when most people start diets and exercise programs.

There should be a male winner and a female winner, to be fair, in my opinion.
