Smoked salmon and Neufchatel chesse mixed together on Milton's Everything crackers.

It's easy to throw together and I'm having it for lunch today with some cut up veggies.
I'm afraid I am hooked and I still have to keep track of the calories but it's dee-lish!

What's your current addiction?

Karen

Sounds great!
I have also been craving peanut butter.
One of my favorite ways to eat peanut butter is in oatmeal.
I got the idea years ago from The Peanut Butter Diet book.
You just make up your oatmeal (I like the Old Fashioned Oats) and while it's hot and sitting to firm up I put a TBSP of peanut butter in the center.
I also add cinnamon and a little brown sugar. It is SO good and really sticks with you 'til lunch.
I had this today for breakfast and added some mixed (from frozen) berries (no sugar added.)
It tasted like peanut butter and jelly!

BTW I am going to pick up some Agave syrup this week and give it a try.
PM I think that was your past post. Do you still use it?
It's worth a try!

I went through a phase of stirring peanut butter into vanilla yogurt -- wow, that was good!

I have oatmeal and yogurt, so I'll try both of your suggestions. Yum!

Oh I like the sound of the peanut butter on apple. I would love the smoked salmon too but I get migraine and "smoking" is one of the things that brings it on. Rats.
Reiha
Straight up peanut butter from the jar.
Catherine Fraser

capers
olive oil
fresh dill

Graham crackers are a sweet treat when dieting!

I tried the peanut butter yogurt that FTR suggested and crushed half a graham cracker on top.
It was so good! It tasted like peanut butter cheesecake!

éprise de flacons
pudding - 1/2 cup almond meal, 3 tablespoons any milk or soy milk or coconut milk, walnut pieces and / or coconut powder or shreds, 1 square of chocolate broken up into bits, put in microwave until chocolate melts (* burning risk *), mix it around and eat.

I had my Quaker Old Fashioned Oats with peanut butter today, as well as milk, chopped prunes, cinnamon and honey, and it was delicious. I kept me full and satisfied for hours.

Next I'll try it in my Fage Greek yogurt, perhaps with some fruit preserves, so it becomes Peanut Butter and Jelly Yogurt. I'm starving!

Peanut butter and pickle sandwiches...to die for!
I love berries and yogurt.
I adore cheese drizzled with honey (usually a blue).

Tangerines; one is not enough
Cornflakes or cheerios with dried cranberries

I'll stick with Smartfoods White Cheddar Cheese Popcorn. Gosh, I've said this so many times I'd better make a disclaimer that I have nothing to do with the company or people will think I'm spamming!

PerfumeMe
I've been thinking of making popcorn lately. I also have some cheddar cheese in the fridge. Thanks for the idea!

I like your new avatar, nubka. I can't bear to read the Diary of Anne Frank, though; too heartbreaking.

Thanks! If I could go back in time and meet one person, she would be the one. Since this is the food board, I'll tie it in and say that if there were one food that Anne never wanted to eat again (while in the annex,) it would have been kale...

I'm going to show your post to my mother. When I was a kid, I used to love cheese and honey sandwiches. My family thought I was nuts.

I like apples with a good strong cheddar.
