I can only imagine how COLD it must be there!!!!

I have always wanted to go to Harbin for the snow sculptures. It must be breathtaking!

If there is that much snow, it's cold, but not utterly Arctic cold. Of course, cold is relative and depends on what you think is 'cold'.
