I haven't tried any recipes (I've checked in there mainly for product recs), but I can attest that Fiber One is a dieter's best friend. I actually like the taste of it. All Bran is like chewing on cardboard. But Fiber One is tasty. I eat it by the handful every single day. It's a healthy snack on its own, and it keeps things, um, moving along.
I would not be afraid of a recipe that called for Fiber One in the breading at all.
