My requirements from a scent are pretty much what I require from the people I choose to have in my life: Intelligent, interesting, uplifting, with a beautiful, completely memorable personality.

Smells better than my BO.

Keep reaching for the stars, babe. LOL

A scent must match my mood or the mood I'd like to be in at that moment. That is pretty much it.

For daytime work scents:

- Be interesting but professional and last through the work day.

For evening/weekend scents:

- Complex, challenging and eminently wearable.

A fragrance that makes a grand entrance for me, that I have arrived.
A fragrance that makes me feel like I'm on top of the world and just loving life.
A fragrance that truly encapsulates my many moods (hopefully my better ones, of course) and inner self.

There are different ways of feelling good. I put on Nocturnes for bed last night and I decided that Nocturnes was the fragrance that Cinderella wore to the ball.

It has to smell good, to me; that is all.

Holds my interest.

Smells good.

Affordable.

Pretty bottle doesn't hurt.

I love to smell delightful and receive compliments.

Longetivity, medium sillage, supernatural powers, euphoric and readily available.

create a persona. escape. transformation.

Perfume should be the beautiful setting into which I place the jewel of myself, whichever jewel I may be at the time, a tumbled rock or a polished emerald. Or Perfume is the vase to envelop the blossom that is me.

I only need one word.

Effervessence - aldehydes make me happy

It should be MAGICAL - like a cloud of essence that will transport me to good places & feelings, especially during times of stress, upset, or uncertainty.

I guess I want alot from it. Its my one vice. Some people smoke, drink, do drugs, get high, and do other things that make them feel good.

My vice is simple, pleasing, & doesn't hurt anyone to my knowledge. Its my one simple, sensual pleasure.

Sparkling citrus, night-blooming gardens, woody resins, burning incense, warm spices.
