I never heard of this brie type cheese until my flight seatmate, an American expat who is now a French citizen, turned me on to it. I found two kinds at Whole Foods -- one plain and one herb -- and it is heavenly. Much better than brie, in my opinion. Lighter and creamier texture. Wonderful with grapes in the French manner. I'm not a Francophile, but I will concede they have amazing cheeses.
