I was listening to a Grace Jones cd and thinking about this woman's powerful image. I found some amazing videos of Grace Jones on youtube - that woman has such a dramatic style. She turned 60 this year, I believe.

Has anyone ever read or heard what perfumes she prefers? I'm betting that she would wear anything from a men's cologne to a sweet sexy strong floral and anything in between.

What I think: Another vote for Bandit. Maybe she sometimes wears Polo.

What I'd imagine: Cuir Ottoman (very leather top; some things not unakin to Habanita but less sweet and ... powdery ... happen next), although I associate her with vinyl, or Ambre Sultan for the roaring pascha.

I would suggest something very masculine like when it came to fragrance, something with edge to it. Hmmm... Antaeus Chanel (already mentioned) would be a good choice for her since I think women can get away with wearing this one.

Or even a classic like Tabac Blond Caron, even though that might be considered too femme for her. Hey, maybe Knize Ten?

I think her modern day counterpart that's just as cutting edge and bizarre as Grace is Bjork. The girls I think were separated at birth or something, LOL!!
