Check it out, if you're interested in nutrition at all. ('m weird that way: I could read about nutritional content of food all day. I used to like to read the encyclopedia and dictionary for fun, too.)

Great site FTR! Thanks; it is very comprehensive. (I like to read the dictionary too.)
I forwarded it to a certain someone, who is talking about needing to lose thirty pounds. OOpsalah! How did that happen? He has had success with the Zone in the past, but I think he just needs to eat in a healthier manner. But, it is his call.

Thank you. Nice to see the underrated and often ignored calves' liver make the list. Its nutritional content is off the charts amazing.
