I made this with cod fillets.
450 degree oven
6 fish fillets (any kind) in a non-aluminum shallow dish
Whisk this marinade in a small bowl:
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbs chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Pour 1/2 the marinade over the fish, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 10 minutes
Transfer the fish to a baking sheet and bake till done - 6 to 9 minutes
Drizzle remaining marinade over fish to serve.
I even liked it as warmed up leftovers!
