What are your favorite recipes? favorite cookbooks? With the lovely long summer days I am wanting to load up the crockpot in the morning and be done with cooking for the day yet have a nice meal for evening. Looking for good recipes that use seasonal produce--any suggestions for recipes/recipe sources?
TIA

I do a google on "crockpot recipe" and print out whatever looks good. I usually just end up putting some meat in the pot with the usual salt and pepper and onion. Lazy, I know!

FTR-yes, that is my favorite method for using up odds and ends of veggies and small amounts of meat and poultry. I have come up with some pretty good dishes but can never replicate them since I don't pay any attention to what and how much I put in.

I found lots more recipes when I googled on "slow cooker recipes" -- take a look.
