Okay, now that I have established a strong liking (if not a love, just yet) for the House of Caron - Do any of you fabulous ladies know where Caron perfume can be bought in Australia? Not at Meyer or David Jones, that I see. Does Perfume Connection EVER carry any? Any other sellers? Or are Strawberry.net and eBay my best chances?
TIA

Eme I bought my nocturnes for 39.00 from perfumeconnection, that was some bizarre fluke. At the moment they are selling Aimez Moi parfum for 36.00. It's a matter of regularly checking out their site.
Otherwise there is a shop in Melbourne that sells a huge range of Caron's for exhoribitant prices. I will find out the name again and post it, Lady Jicky knows of what I speak.
However what I REALLY reccommend is strawberrynet.
http://www.strawberrynet.comThey are fantastic to order from and much cheaper than you will find Caron's in any little aus boutique. You can select Aus as you country for payment. Postage is FREE.
Here's the Caron section:

I highly reccommend them for perfume buying.
Here's one that specializes has hard to find in Aus lines, it is based in Sydney and has some good specials.

Oh teacake that would be Paint and Powder in Melbourne. I have never bought from Strawberrynet. Now are you sure they sell the real stuff ( I watch alot of those TV shows) and if they are cheap - well. Free postage you say? Sounds good!

They have been around for many years and are a huge and very well run business. They are definitely no fly by night fakes. You get a progressive discount on every order, once you have placed 20 orders you have 10% off everything every time. Everything is packed to the gills and they are great communicators. If anyone has any doubts about them ask on Talk About Perfume, you will hear from many happy customers! They are also really quick to post.
My daughter was asking about a perfume the other day (Moschino's I Love Love) at perfumeconnection and they did not carry it. The SA actually told her to "order it from strawberrynet". I was flabbergasted, she must have been VERY new, lol.

Yes, I can see I will become a regular customer at Strawberrynet. Le Sigh!! My poor groaning credit card!
Of course, they don't have any En Avion or Tabac Blond, which are the two I am lusting after.
I may have to order from Caron. I see they have a rep in Sydney, wonder if I should order at that email or the one I sent to for samples in France? I will email Sydney and see what they have to say.
Will report back.

I've happily bought from Strawberrynet for a long time now (over 40 orders). Never any problems.
I have bought from Paint and Powder in Melbourne. As already stated, very expensive, but when you can't get it anywhere else it's worth it.
There's also a shop in Sydney where I have purchased Caron scents called Julia's Perfumery. Her stock changes, she's sometimes expensive, but as I've said, if you can't get it elsewhere and you're desperate, you'll pay the price. She has a website (Juliasperfumery.com.au).
For the rarer Caron scents, Ebay is the best place. Happy shopping.

I'm a happy StrawberryNet customer too - they even gift wrapped presents, will include a personal note and send it to a friend - I filled out their form and my friend received it in 4 days. GREAT service.

Just looking over some old posts (Oh, alright, I was looking for links to shop! It is pouring rain here and I am done with housework) and realized that I said I would report back.
I did email Caron in France and in Sydney and got noooo reply, so I guess I will order what I can get from Strawberrynet and eBay. If anyone sees any En Avion (Caron) anywhere, give me a shout out, okay? TIA
