Full Version: A Big Business Customer Service Rave
Perfume of Life > A Civilized Perfume Affair > Talk About Life

Back in February, I bought a new GE washer and a dryer. For the last couple of months both of them have been making odd noises. I've postponed calling customer service because, well, we all know about customer service centers. Plus, while I was still in school my schedule was less flexible. Anyway, I threw in a load this morning and was reminded that I needed to handle the problem, so I called GE Customer Service at noon. The agent checked the technician's schedule and said she thought he could be here sometime TODAY between 1 and 4PM. At 12:55 my phone rang, caller ID showing the call was from Kentucky. It was the automated phone system confirming my appointment and telling me I was next up for service. The guy was here and gone by 1:35. Kudos to GE!!

I firmly believe that if you are going to gripe about poor service you should also praise the good.

I *FIRMLY* believe in that statement.

Glad to hear about the excellent service. Make sure you let them know of your satisfaction, personally.

Another believer in commenting on good service. That was great, Colonia!
