What is the difference between the edp and edt in Les Nuits d'Hadrien? To me they smell the same and last the same amount of time. If someone can discern between these two, it would be very helpful and I could try to smell those notes particularly. As it stands now, to me there's no advantage to spending more for edp if the edt performs just as well. Am I missing something? TIA

FiveOaks, I bought some of the edt over Spring Break in the islands. The little shop keeper tried to get me to buy the edp version, but it cost twice as much per ounce and I decided against it. She said they smelled differently. To my nose, just sniffing from the bottle, the edp did smell more peppery, which I didn't think I'd prefer. Wish I'd sprayed some now. I'm guessing that the edt is a bit fresher and maybe more masculine, like Eau de Hadrian is masculine, which I really like.
