Saw this recently in the hotel room in Paris - this is soooo charming. And Gary Cooper - oh I just love, love, love him. I am not much of a crying person when it comes to films, but this happy end always 'kills' me.
Bought the DVD and watch it now from time to time. Tears everytime!
Am wondering, which scent Gary Cooper wore....hm, something très distingué.
Armanis
Gary Cooper was named, for my home town: Gary, Indiana! His agent was born in Gary. She gave him, that first name. Yes, he was a very, very elegant looking man. I'm not too crazy about this particular film, but my sister loves it. Notice Audrey's BIG BROWS?? Amazing.

I love that movie, too! Per the Creed website Mr. Cooper wore Epicea.

I used to have this video. I think's it's a cute story, but to me, Cooper and Hepburn didn't have any chemistry...

I luuuuved those gypsy violinists!

It just goes to show the older man/younger woman has been a staple of movies for a long time.

Now for a refreshing change of pace, I just heard about Shadowboxing, out this weekend, I think, Cuba Gooding has an affair, quite explicit, with Helen Mirren. Yeah, baby!

Ha! I did wonder why this thread was in the art section. Now I am disappointed. :-(
