I've never had the opportunity to try any Mariella Burani fragrances but I've seen her bottles on discount fragrance sites and I must have at least one! I have a swap-in-progress for a fragrance called Mariella Burani (and I'm SO excited!) but I'd like to try other scents from this line. As you probably know, I'm crazy about roses as a gardener and as a scent-collector, so the descriptions of all her rose fragrances make my nose hairs wiggle with excitement. What recommendations do you have for purchasing one of her scents based on attraction to the bottle, and hope that the juice will be nice, too? The purple bottle of Bouquet d'amour eau Parfumee Mysterieuse is really temping me... what does it smell like?

Is the Burani fragrance line kaput? The website shows only "Mariella Burani" and no other fragrances :-( Somehow I've managed to miss this line and I hope to purchase something nice before it completely disappears. Does anyone know who designed the bottles for MB? (in pictures they look beautiful). The caps look like the caps of the Cabotine bottles...(which, to my dismay, also seem to be fading into obscurity).

Mariella Burani is the best of the line. A classic, very wearable scent.

My two favorite fragrances of hers are Amuleti in the summer.

I had Amuleti once but something in it didn't agree with me. I swapped it. I have owned Mariella Burani (orange cap and box) twice and it is lovely. Infact, my Aunt fell in love with my scent and I ended up giving her one of my bottles. I can tell whenever she's wearing it....so very nice.
